Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Processing

Refunds will not be processed once an order is assigned to an astrologer or has reached the “processing” stage. Please ensure you double-check your details before submitting your order.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not entered the processing stage. Refund requests must be initiated through our customer support team and are subject to approval.

3. Incorrect Information

  • Astrosign does not issue refunds if incorrect data (e.g., birth details) is provided by the user. Users can request a correction within 1 hour of placing the order.

4. Technical Errors

  • If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed due to technical errors, users should contact customer support immediately. Any duplicate payments will be refunded in full after verification.
  • Astrosign is not responsible for delays caused by server issues, slow internet, or third-party payment gateway glitches.

5. Deductions

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, shipping costs (for physical products), and any other expenses incurred during processing.

6. Damaged Products

  • Astrosign takes utmost care to ensure safe delivery of products. However, we are not responsible for damages caused post-delivery. In-transit damages will be assessed case-by-case.
